Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Pancake & Baking Mix
This is a winner. I always have at least 2 bags at home.
I have used it as a replacement for flours in most of my recipes (1 for 1).
When I was first diagnosed I had to make my own version of this. I love the convienince and freshness of this product.
