So I figured there are several of you out there who are catholic (like me) and who had to pass on communion wafers for many years. Well about a year ago, my church started offering Gluten Free communion wafers. They are housed in a special GF drawer along with small cases to place one in prior to attending mass.
I asked my favorite deacon, Deacon Sam, who happens to order these and here is where he get them…
