This time of the year I love starting our very small veggie garden. We don’t do a ton due to space but the kids love this activity. They each get to pick out 2-3 items and they love to watch them grow. Last year my oldest daughter grew pumpkins from seeds she bought. This year, she is using seeds from her last year pumpkins- she is super excited and the seeds were no cost (extra bonus).
I am hoping the hubby and kids build us a trellis for beans this weekend with scrap wood we have. This was a fun idea I found in family fun magazine.
