Add two more restaurants to the list offering gluten-free pizza. Diners at Eden Pizza in St. Paul and Galactic Pizza in Uptown Minneapolis now have the option of ordering pies made with crust from Cooqi, a gluten-free bakery in St. Paul.
In the past year, Cooqi has started making wheat-free piecrusts for several restaurants, including Pizza Luce (St. Paul and downtown Minneapolis), Park Tavern in St. Louis Park and Leonardo’s Pizzeria in Mahtomedi.
I have tried the one at the Park Tavern, it was pretty good. It was nice to have a “real” pizza. It is a little spendy, but it was worth it the day I tried it. It was loaded with toppings too.
