One of the new breads in my lineup. OK, I first need to say I keep all my bread in the freezer and only take out about a half a loaf at a time. I don’t eat bread every day but I really really like bread. This one is thicker than the one from Kinninnick so I like to use it for open face sandwiches and toast with jam.
Goodbye Gluten – You have to love the name especially if you have Celiac like me.
